Spotify issues on Android

Hello Everyone!.

For start, sorry for my English, Is a little hard for my to write so I going to do the best.

My friend have a Samsung galaxy grand 2. The problem start when her  Spotify change a song automatically to the next. This next song start wihout sound, then hi need move the bar forward so that the sound becomes operational. This problem is a really pain in the ass because with every **bleep**ing song when change automatically need do the same thing over and over and over. This happen with the Playlist in the "Explorer" section (He is a free user).

If anyone have or had this problem bifore, please, we need a solution!.

the solution for this is simple - just turn on the crossfader function!
