Spotify keeps creating picture folder with Spotify icon

Phone is galaxy S6 edge+ android version 5.1.1

I installed Spotify and for some reason Spotify keeps creating a folder in my pictures with nothing but a Spotify icon picture.

I have a screenshot and will try to upload it.

I have tried to Uninstall and re install
I have tried clearing cache from Android
I have deleted folder with picture

It keeps re appearing

Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated. I would hate to cancel my subscription over an annoying folder.

I went ahead and installed a file Explorer app to see my folders and found the folder that kept being created. I made it a hidden files and it went away from my pictures.

I'm sure it's a programming issue and it will be fixed on an update.
