Spotify keeps deleting my downloaded songs

My downloaded songs keeps getting deleted every time I open the Spotify app on Android. I have to download it all again and it’s kinda annoying cause I have around 3000 songs in my playlists. I have reinstalled the app (the cleanest way), restarted my phone, clearing cache, clearing data, even testing the account in other devices (in other devices the app ran well). I’m with the latest version of Spotify for android (8.5.67.121).

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

If you're using an SD card with your phone, you might need to format it and then reinstall Spotify. Also, if you're using one, make sure it's not formatted as "Internal" memory since formatting an SD Card to be used as Internal memory (called "Adoptable Storage") creates issues with the Spotify cache and downloads.

If you're not using and SD card, would you mind letting us know your device's operating system version? Also, it'd be helpful to confirm that the Spotify app has all the required permissions on your phone and is white-listed for any battery-saver or cache-cleaner apps or tools.
