Spotify keeps looping, unless phone is in aeroplane mode

My Question or Issue

 On my android, the tracks keeps looping and had a **bleep** of a time listening to any of my play lists, I finally had to put my phone in aeroplane mode and listen to the music that was downloaded on my phone. As soon as I get the phone from aeroplane mode the problem will resurface. I came home and started playing music on my PC, and see the track loops. Are there any issues with Spoticy infrastructure ?

I cleared the spotify cache on my android , uninstalled the spotify and reinstalled the app and when I play a track , the spotify keeps looping to the beginning of the same track after  10 -120  sec .  Playing the spotify on my pc is doing exactly the same thing.   Spotify player has become totally useless, regardless of the platform. I have never seen the spotify broken like this, am I the only one who is having this problem?
