My Question or Issue

This started happening shortly after I canceled my Premium and reinstalled the app. After 5-15 minutes the the notification bar disappears. I have to go back to the app so it'll appear again, and it gets really annoying. It has been going on for about 1.5 months. I reinstalled the app 2 times, nothing happened. Please send help.
