Spotify on walkman

Each time I reboot walkman all downloads disappear app wont see sd card.. reinstal app and i get spotify storage back with sd card.. is any ways to make app work without this issue and do not download playlist each time when i turn it on.

I believe the issue you're experiencing is related to the Spotify app loading faster than your SD card. 
As the app is trying to locate the storage but the storage is not fully "visible" yet, it begins to download your offline content again. 
A workaround would be to have the Spotify app work with the Walkman's internal storage instead.
