I pay for spotify premium in México but I dont have the upgrade and the pay is realizated I do the steps in the section of help I clean the cache and these things but my account is free

Hey RZ, sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue; obviously this shouldn't be happening.

 

Given that you've already tried to resolve this yourself without any luck, I think it would be best if you filled out the contact form -- this will allow someone from the Spotify team take a closer look at what has happened.
