Spotify premium

Spotify premium

I upgraded to spotify premium the payment has been taken and it is not working.. I have logged into and out several times on the web and the app on my iPhone I have also deleted the app and reinstalled .. Still not working. Can anyone help as this is so frustrating to be paying for something that I haven't got.

I suggest reaching out to the official support team by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do be aware that it can take a while for a subscription upgrade to replicate through all the servers controlling different devices. If you upgraded on the web, it may not show instantly on the device.

 

Can you check now? Also if you log on to www.spotify.com/account is it showing you as premium?
