Spotify problems on android

Hi, 

I have Spotify premium account. I am using it on Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 10.1 2014.  

Month ago, I got problem with spotify on phone. I have music on SD card for offline listen, but spotify doesnt see it. So, i restart the phone, it doesnt help. I uinstall spotify and install again, save music for offline listen - no problem so far. 

But today i have problem with tablet. It doesnt load my library. So i a restart my tablet...nothing. I reinstall Spotify and it help. 

It really annoys me. Both devices running on official Samsung Lollipop.
