My Question or Issue
I've cleaned the cache and temporary files.
I've reinstalled the application over and again but the error remains.
"No internet connection... Go online and try again"
If I won't have a solution, I would have to cancel the premium account.
The issue occurs using Mobile data. All other apps work properly.

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
As the issue you're describing occurs only with a mobile data connection, this makes me think the connection to the internet may somehow be limited by the operating system of your phone. Could you check if that's the case? Here are some guiding steps on how to do that.

Hi @Dian ..... The application was uninstalled for a week; I've tried again, but the problem remains. Spotify is not working, the apps else are working correctly.

Thanks for the post.
Can you ask a friend to use their SIM card on your phone to check if you get the same error message if connected to a different operator? We've has users of the same network operator experiencing similar issues in the past.
