How do I ask questions to the community?

My samsung starts playing music through spotify by itselfs randomly. I need to ask ppl for help.

Can you let us know what device and Spotify version you're using? Also, is this happening on all devices? 

We'd recommend reinstalling the app. Here's how. If that doesn't work, please try to restart your device.
