Spotify stop playing songs with 1 second left.

Brief description of the issue:

Spotify stop playing songs with 1 second left. It happens when just streaming or a downloaded playlist offline or radio.

I tried changing settings like crossfade and playing without pauses. Also reinstalled the whole app but nothing worked.
