Spotify stops playing music alone

Spotify stops playing music when I browse in other applications. This not only happens with Spotify. Also with the other applications similar to Spotify and the player of the phone.
I've tried to solve the problem with the SpotifyHelp on Twitter, but literally takes one day to answer me.
I have wiped the memory of the phone, the cache and also has formatted the phone.
I really need help.
