Spotify unable to find my downloaded music

Hi

This is an issue I am dealing with since a long time now. I'm a premium user and I have the app installed on my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual. 

The problem is that sometime, I can't access to the albums and playlists I have downoladed. When I try, it just loads... loads... loads... but nothing appears. Sometime when I stop the app manually in my phone options, it can work, but not always, I have to do this multiple times and when I'm lucky, it works. 

Anybody have this issue too?
