Everytime I make or recive calls spotify stops but won't resume after call finishes

If Spotify resumes playing after you end a call depends very much on your phone model. 

Can you confirm if it has always been like this or if it has changed for you recently?

Hi,

It has always been like this. Only when using android auto. If Bluetooth
streaming it works fine
