Solved: Still stuck in offline mode

The only reason I pay a monthly fee is to stream on my phone and I am constantly stuck in offline mode. This is ridiculous. How is Spotify different from any other program if this function is constantly not working? Someone help me please before I have to once again cancel my subscription.
