Storage Location Problem

Storage Location Problem

Country

 Philippines

Device

Lenovo A328

Operating System

Android 4.4.2

My Question or Issue:

It seems that I can’t change the storage location in my phone, all I can see is Delete Cache option. I wonder if it’s removed or it’s not compatible on my phone because in the older versions I could still change it to SD card. Thanks in advance!

@makehaste,

Hmm, that’s odd!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn’t help, try taking out your SD card, uninstall the app. Afterwards, put the SD card back in and reinstall the app following these steps

Let me know how it goes!

Hey @makehaste, welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try following these steps in order:

  1. Delete cache and all data in the app on your phone.
  2. Uninstall the app
  3. Use a computer to manage your account with a browser
  4. Navigate to your 'offline devices' and delete all listed devices from
    the list.
  5. Install the app back onto your phone, and log back in.

Let me know how this goes!

Hello, thank you for answering!

Nothing happened actually, it's still the same. 😢
