Storage feature don't appear

My phone's storage is full

Spotify occupies 7gb of my storage so I discovered that you could store those 7 gb in a external storage that my phone has with a SD card . This feature is supposed to be in Spotify's setting in library but for me that feature of storage doesn't appear in settings

I understand. So when following this guide to change Spotify's save location, you don't have the Storage option?

Could you go ahead and let me know a couple things:

1) Spotify version

2) Device information

3) OS version

Hey, what device and android version are you using? What does android settings/storage show (a screen capture would be helpful)?
