Storage option no longer available

I have recently uninstalled spotify and reinstalled it to sort some issues with the app.

Now that I have reinstalled it, the option to select where downloaded music is stored no longer exists in the settings menu. In fact, there is no storage section at all.

I used to have several playlists saved to external sd for playing offline and between the uninstall and reinstall I have not done anything regarding the formatting of the as card.

Can anyone please help?

Did you just uninstall/reinstall. Try following the guide linked below which ensure's a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders, removing offline devices and a REBOOT!
