Strange Noise randomly

I have a Samsung note 5, and when i use Spotify Premium sometimes a weird noise appears and it starts to be annoying and more frequently, so help me fixit please

The first thing I would try is uninstalling Spotify and reinstalling. 

But, this might be an issue with the phone or the headphones. Do you hear this sound on the desktop app or webpage app?

I had already uninstall the app, but i noticed that if i get offline the strange noise doesn't appear, but when i get online it appears again, it is in the desktop app the one of Google play Store
