Sync Issues?

I've been having a problem syncing my local files to my Galaxy S5. I can play the song on my desktop and I can see the song in the playlist on my hpone but when I try to play it it says that the song is not available. I've tried the Available Offline sync, but it just refuses to sync. Please help.

Could you try to uncheck/recheck "Available Offline"? See if that helps. If that doesn't help try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

In the meantime:
You won't be able to see an indication in the desktop client that the device is paired with the desktop client. But as long as they both are on the same WiFi network you should be able to trigger the local files sync by toggling the offline toggle on the playlist on your device.
