I can't see any issues being reported with last.fm servers. 

Are you sure you are using the right details? Have you tried a password reset over on last.fm? 

Looking at your other thread, you need to register a last.fm account seperately from Spotify if you wish to use their services.

I am using the correct username and password. The only server that I am using is through Facebook.

So you have a last.fm account? (Sorry for the clarification)

Last.fm is a seperate service to Spotify, so you need to register an account with them in order to use it.
