Syncing with pc

My Question or Issue:

Hello there. So I've added a ton of playlists on my pc lately and put them in a folder. Then I sorted them manually by their name. 

The problem is that on my phone they are completely shuffled and sometimes I play a song from a Playlist it changes its spot afterwards. 

I am looking for a way to firstly have the folder sorted like on my pc and secondly, to disable the feature that moves the Playlist a noted above. Thanks a lot for looking into my problem.
