Thank you so much Spotify for the abysmal Android devs that you employ. I have had to waste a good hour of time today after my Spotify out of the blue decided to say I had 0 songs on all the artists I follow. PC was fine. Tried restarting phone and logging out of the app but the same thing happened.
So I had to clear the data and cache and then find out again how to get a work-around for Spotify to download to SD card (because you removed that particular functionality from the hands of your paying customers). And now I have to sit through going through each artist and redownloading every album I want to listen to.
I love the service, but WOW do I hate the software.
Thanks a lot, you dumb ćunts.
No and no. It just did it today whilst I was in the gym.
it's always easy to say that it is somebody elses fould.
it is Never the fould of Spotify .. NO we are all stupid that we keep using the very bad software that the people from spotify try to make ...
Allways more options but , a simple playlist letting play without problems is even so hard for spotify software development.
Make first software that 100 % works and then add more good usefull functions.
Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. They can also help recover lost playlists in certain cases. If the music was just deleted off of the memory card somehow, I'm not sure if the team can fix taht.
Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
Cheers!

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?
NO THANKS.
If i have a problem with Spotify and ask a question on Twitter it takes DAYS ...before someone answers.
The spotify support is a real disaster.
I don't understand why i pay 9.99€ a month for soimething that is not working ..
Unfortunately, the only way to see it fixed is to submit a case. I understand your frustration, but if we can get it fixed or just talk about it...I'd rather see it fixed.
