Kudos for the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. As a next step, would it be possible to connect the TV to a hotspot on your phone and see if that makes a difference?

I forgot to mention that I’ve already tested on WiFi, LAN cable and to a mobile hotspot. Same issue.

I’m also experiencing the same issue (music pauses for ~30 seconds following ‘Up Next’ appearance on Android TV Spotify app). Have conducted similar troubleshooting, and it appears issue is continuing since first reported in 2022.
Effectively renders the app un-useable.
