Too many devices

Hi people. I have posted this before but its happend again. I got a message along the lines of " you can only download to a max of 2/3 devices so all your downloads will be removed from this device". That device is my phone which is the ONLY device I use spotify on. I don't even have a laptop I use it on. Could someone please email me the link where you can turn off or delete your devices please. Or is there another way I can do it so this doesn't happen again? Again, I only have one device. My android. Other devices may be still in my account from the past, like a year ago???
