Track Not Available Unless I Restart App

Running spotify premium on Android 7.1 on a Nexus 5X. Every time I open up the app after letting it sit for a while without playing music, I have to restart or it will say that every track is not availible. I can switch tracks while music is playing, but once I turn it off for more than a few minutes, when I come back to the app every track will be not availible. I have to restart the app twice in order to play any tracks. 

This happens every time I use the app, with every track. Even tracks I have downloaded. 

Anybody else have this issue?

Completely the same issue here.
The difference is that I'm using Nexus 6p with Android 7.0.
PS: Thanks for the workaround with restarting the app 😃
