My Question or Issue
The following problem I have recently: No matter which playlist I play - as soon as I go to the tracklist, I am in some selection mode, in front of the tracks is then also always a small circle. If I then select a track to play within this list, all tracks that are in front of this track in the list automatically disappear from the playlist. This is really annoying. What ist the problem here?
Greets!
Hey @Adre, welcome to the community, and thanks for your post! If possible, would you mind posting a short video of the problem you're experiencing so we can try to help you troubleshoot this better? That will help us to better understand exactly where this problem is occurring and try to replicate it.
Hey @Adre,
Unfortunately, we cannot open your link due to technical difficulties.
Could you please upload the video as an attachment or to Google Drive/YouTube and send us a link to it?
Many thanks! 🙂
We'll be on the lookout for your response.
Thanks for posting that video @Adre. That was very helpful! So, what you're looking at in that video is the play queue, and it appears to be behaving as expected. When you tap on a track further down the queue, that is how you skip all the songs that would have played before that, and that's why all the prior songs have disappeared from that view. When you go back to the normal view of the playlist, everything should still be there though.
If you'd like to re-order the upcoming tracks in the queue, you can use the three line icon to the right of the tracks by tapping and holding the icon and dragging the track to the spot you'd like it to play, or if you tap the circle to the left of the track, you'll receive an option allowing you to remove it from the queue. Please note, this will not remove it from the playlist, just from your upcoming tracks in that play session.
Please see this page for full instructions on using the queue. I hope that answers up your questions, but let us know if anything is still unclear!
