Tracks jump to the end without playing.

Recently when I try to play music on Spotify to my Sonos (be it album, playlist of mix) the track jumps straight to the end, without playing, end then stops there. Press fast forward and it does the same to the next track. However if I 'Listen on this phone' everything works properly. I've unistalled and reinstalled Spotify several times, which has worked temporarily, but even that is failing now. I have an S7 Edge. Spotify version is 8.4.19.792 armV7. Any help will be gratefully received, thanks.
