Transfering Music

I deleted Facebook and can't figure out how to transfer music from my old account to my new one. I tried the contact form and it told me to contact them to transfer music, they did nothing! They sent me some generic e-mail that had nothing to do with my problem. They also dont have a customer service number. I'm getting extremely frustrated and am starting to hate spotify. Someone please help!

P.S. My facebook account has already been deleted so I cant access my old account, and Im using an andriod

Since you've got the automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares.

They'll help you merge both of your accounts. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
