My Question or Issue

I have spotify on my phone with a premium account. I just bought a fitbit and when I log in through the fitbit app it says I only have a free account. Now i think i may have two accounts but i dont remember the log in info for the one with my premium account. What can i do to find this info out ? I have literally been trying to figure this out all day and i am very frustrated!!
