My Question or Issue

My music wont play on the app. It does in the webapp. If I log in on a different account on my app it works as well. But on my account the progress bar is not proceeding and the music not playing. I am able to stream to my tv though.

 

I just switched to a family account subscription idk if thats relevant

 

I deleted the app with data and caches deleted logged in and out restarted my phone but nothing works

Would you mind sending over a video or a screen recording where we can take a better look at this behavior? You can send a link to it or attach it using the Insert Video option in the post editor. 

 

Also, could you let us know the exact Spotify version you're currently running?

I'm running Spotify 8.6.88.1104. But logging in on a different account works.
