Hi, Please excuse my ignorance of this subject

I have just upgraded my account on my desktop to premium which should allow me to use it on my mobile, but I also previously opened a 48hour trial on my mobile using a different email address.

The problem is I cant play my playlist on my mobile, it tells me to upgrade, when i try it then tells me i already have premium.

PS I tried to use the contact form but it would not go further than stage one, I am already wondering if Spotify is for me as they dont make it very easy for anyone with problems
