Unable download spotify app

I used to have the app on my phone but it has now deleted itself and will not download. I'm a premium member so it's pretty annoying not being able to use it when I'm paying for it! Thanks for reading

Hey @Eppe1 couple of questions that might help figure it out if you don't mind me asking; 

- What handset are you using? 

- How much available storage is there on the phone?

- Are you having trouble downloading any other apps?

- What network are you on or are you on wifi?

Hi, I have a sony Xperia z5, I have no problems with other apps, have lots
of free storage space and I am on giffgaff

darn that's odd. I think that's possibly above my paygrade so I'd reach out to Spotify. Post it on this thread about known bugs too that might help quicken it.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
