Unable to find normal Equalizer.

My Question or Issue

I am unable to find the Equalizer for Spotify on my Android phone. My GF has a different Android phone where it works perfectly. I have tried re-installing etc, but no change.

I can only find these "sound profiles", but there's 0% change in the sound between them. I can choose "environment profile" where I have the following four options (losely translated from my own language): "Indoor", "On the move", "Commuting", and/or "Flight".

The other option is "situation determined profile" that have the following four options: "Smart", "movie/theater", "gaming", and/or "music".

As mentioned - no change at all between any of them.

Please note that equalizer availability on Android varies depending on the manufacturer. If you don't have a built-in equalizer function in your phone, you can download a 3rd party one.
