Unable to go offline

I recently changed my phone to a Motorola Moto 5g s. The spotify app won't allow me to go offlibe, the slider is greyd out. Can anyone help?

Are you sure you haven't now gone over device limit. Log in on PC and remove an unused device then on your new device log out completely and back in. See how that goes.

Cheers. I'd remived all the devices as you had suggested but I hadn't logged out of the app. I had to do it a few times but it worked in the end.
