Unfortunately spotify has stopped

hello i have a galaxy s3 mini and i can open and use spotify just fine except when i close it and use it later it says Unfortunately spotify has stopped working. i have to then restart my phone to use it. i tried removing the sim card and reinstalling it still same problem. help!!!!

Hi. Could you try all the steps in this post to make sure there are no traces of previous installations.

sorry did not work for me what will re formatting my SD card do i dont want to lose all my saved information on there

You can still delete the spotify folders on the sd card, if they exist though.

there are no folders once i uninstall it i never had this problem before until i updated my phone ive been reporting the problem can you check the error code and see whats wrong
