Unknown Device can't be logged out

This is the 3rd time i have to change my password and sign out everywhere.

there are 2 unknown people in my family premium account and i've successfully kick them out, however the sign out everywhere doesn't log out an unknown device

can anyone help me?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!

You could go to the apps Settings and under Devices you can activate ''Show local devices only'' which should get rid of any odd devices you see in the Connect window.

If you notice any other odd activity on the account we'd recommend following the second set of steps here to secure your account further.
