Hello, 

I was using my spotify on my android as usual but i have noticed how the "Discover Weekly" have changed drasticly the latest weeks. Containing music i would never listen to. 

Today when listening to one of my playlists the songs started changing by them selfs and i saw a notice that another unit was playing. This unit that was using my account is only founf in asia (i live in europe).

Is it enough to use the "log out of all units" function and then changing the password?

Changing your password and logging out of all devices usually works but you can also contact spotify direct and they'll help with this.
