Hey @dragonfire0404 that's a problem with Play and the solution is pretty easy.
Open the android application manager and tap Google Play Store. Then tap both the "clear data" and "clear cache" buttons and restart your phone. Downloads should now complete normally.
When I opened the app this morning, everything was back to normal.
