My Question or Issue
How can I play Spotify on 2 devices at the same time each connected to a separate bluetooth speaker in the same building? Every time I try it kicks the other device off.

Alas, that has not proved to be a solution. When I played music using the app using the bluetooth speaker it disconnected the Chromebook from Spotify.
The problem seems to be using 2 devices on Bluetooth independantly.
That's true, @Robertj001.
I guess the only way to make it happen would be using Echo Dot or Google Home speakers.
