Volume control using connect lacks feedback

Hi, 

The volume control bar always start at zero when using my Sony Xperia Z3 with Android 5.1.1 to remote control my pc win 8. Seems that the control lacks feedback. Worked like a charm on my old iphone. This is really annoying as the volume jumps low when trying to adjust. If I move the control on the pc with the control open on the mobile the bar moves. Anyone recognizes this?
