Volume has always been too low on android

When will you add an in-app equalizer and/or volume booster that actually works? I see that this has been a problem for android users ever since 2014, volume is too low and no external apps will help (obviously).
I have had iPhone up until about a year ago, and the volume was always really loud and the euqalizer didnt lower the volume of the song.
I would gladly pay 10-20$ for a volume booster that actually works.

Yes... something I noticed too. When I listen to my music on spotify on my pc, the lowest volume is almost too loud. But on my android, the lowest setting is inaudible and the loudest is just acceptable.
