App becomes unusable after trying too download multiple podcasts.

Samsung galaxy s7 ive recreated this twice now. Ive done a clean install twice, then the app works completely fine im even able too download all my songs. But after about a minute of downloading podcasts the app crashes.

My downloaded songs are missing

So i updated my Axon 7 yesterday and suddenly to my dismay all my downloaded songs were gone yet it seems they still take up memory storage, what can i do? what happened?

Premium Family account and alexa set up

I have the premium family account. I tried to set up the account on Alexa and when I do it keeps saying that I do not have a premium accont. I check the account says premium and subsctiption is current and paid. Why is this so dificult?Please advise
