Our tech teams are currently aware and looking into this.
If you're seeing the Waze pop-up notification, we'd first recommend first trying a clean reinstallation of the app following the steps here.
If that doesn't do the trick and you're still seeing the pop-up, we'd suggest adding your +VOTE and requested details in a comment in this Ongoing Issue thread.
