My Question or Issue

Why is the shuffle so limited now? Don't point me to the topic from years ago. I want actual shuffle back, not listen to my songs in a half-assed order by artist. I really enjoyed the randomness of my play list and now it's garbage in the app. Desktop is fine. Been a paying customer for years and this is absolutely irritating. Limit the free moochers, not your paying customers.
