When i try to play the music in my local files it plays too fast.

My Question or Issue

Hi, I've this problem since last year and because of that i can't listen properly any of my local files. The music plays but, it plays with a very fast time, which does not allow me to enjoy it. If someone could help i would be very thankful:)
