Where is downloaded music stored on Android?

My Question or Issue

 Hi,

My question is where is the downloaded music stored in the filesystem, and can I access it without root?

I want to put my downloaded music onto an sd card attached by otg cable so i can put it into my new phone, because my internet connection isn't great and I would rather not download the songs again on my new phone. So i would like to jnow where the downloaded stuff is stored so I can move it onto my sd card.

Hi @Appelflappen

Unfortunately, you can't do that. Spotify's music files are encrypted and they can't be copied between devices. You have to download the music on your new phone.
