What are you guys doing with my money? Not improving your software, that's for sure.
Why can't I search for public playlists on my device? If I search for a word, I don't get any playlists in the results.
Why can't I search for word fragments on my device? If I search for "motivat" to catch "motivational" and "motivate" it responds with "Did you mean 'motive'?". There's no option to say NO! - just search for what I entered. I HAVE to search for the suggestion.
Considering the net is about sharing these days, it does a piss poor job of letting me access stuff other people have shared.
Oh - and while I'm here, trying to search for playlists using Spotify under Linux just makes it crash. EVERY TIME.
Tell me why I should continue adding to the £100s you've already had from me?
You really need a kick in the pants. You have a monopoly here because you're the first and this could be so good but your service is abysmal.
If you can code better app with 10 € in month, welcome http://www.spotify.com/jobs/
I Agree, as of today the apps for both iOs and android have become impossible to use. Especially the very cute connection issue where it asks me to connect my spotify to my facebook using my spotify credential , which i dont have since i use facebook to log in. Awesome user experience right there.
The only way for me to enter was to say i was new to spotify, fine whatever. Not like ive been paying for almost a year now.

That is a bit harsh. I bet that the developers earn more than 10€ per month 🙂
Anyways, there are loads of issues that has been seen on the forums in the Android and iOS and Windows software.
Surely some of them could be 3rd party created or something else pushing the bits from 0 to 1 in a wrong place.
I just noticed that the new app or such has caused me to log off the client and somehow reset my listening quality setting
+ the ability to listen over 3G. Had to swap these manually. Also the crossfade setting was reset to 1 instead of full.
Little issues that I can live with. This still beats the way of buying the CD's or digital content DRM protected as such and
then burn them on CD's etc.
I too wish more focus was on the Android app AND Windows app development since I think they are the "biggest" platforms with customers, then following by Mac OS and iOS platforms. Windows Phone surely will be a keen platform since the 8 version has been released.
my 2 cents (sorry for a bit of off topic)

I can tell you why: Because they are working so hard on improving the App on iOS instead:
06.11.2012: Update 0.5.8: "Spotify now looks great on iPhone 5"
YEAH: THAT is important, improving the looks of the app on iOS, but ignoring all the **bleep**ing bugs on Android that makes half the app unusable.
If they don't fix those annoying problems on Android I'm looking for an alternative and cancel my subscription. I getting more and more angry seeing that NOTHING happens for months and they don't fix bugs that get reported a HUNDRED times on this forum already.
