Wont download

I recently recieved my replacement phone from T Mobile. HTC One S. Im guessing the play store is down, I cant get into it to download Spotify. When I google it, it just says its alrady installed. Help!!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried going to m.spotify.com and downloading it from there?

If it doesn't work, I suggest you just wait till google play starts working again, restart your phone, then install Spotify.

Have you tried adding your new device on the Google Play options? You should then be able to click on the "installed" button and download to the new android.
